Re-licensing online application manual
Dear members of OIK, considering the large flow that has started and that during 2023 a significant number of licenses of nurses, midwives and other health professionals will expire, we are re-posting the application instructions for re-licensing.
Since April 24, 2019, OIK has launched the online platform for the management of health professionals, where over 90% of services such as Application for membership, Update of data for current members, Application for Licensing, Application for Re-licensing and other services have been digitized through it. which platforms provide.
To apply for Re-licensing, you must first update your profile on the online platform.
Through this link (http://app.oik-ks.org/account/updatenewuser) you can log in through your personal identification number (ID number) in the “Search by personal number” field and once you are in the system you can complete it / Changing data and uploading these documents:
Profile photo (digital format JPG, PNG) Note!: The photo must be in profile and without effects.;
Ø Before starting the application procedure scan these documents in PDF format
Valid RKS Letter or Passport (Scanned on both sides in PDF format);
Birth extract (not older than 6 months scanned in PDF format);
Diploma, if you have a license, scan the license together in a file with the diploma;
Nostrification of the diploma for those who have completed their studies outside of Kosovo (scanned in PDF format);
Proof of taking the professional exam if you apply with a Bachelor’s degree.
Documents that have more than one page must be scanned all pages into one file!
After completing the registration in your e-mail you will receive the access data to the platform (e-mail and password) as well as the membership card.

APPLICATION FOR NEW LICENSE
To apply for Re-licensing after logging in to your profile you must click the LICENSES menu then the APPLY FOR NEW LICENSE button
The first step to apply for Re-Licensing is the declaration of employment, if you are employed you must enter the data of the institution, for the Private sector you need the Employment Contract and declaration of Net salary, if you are not in an employment relationship you must upload a evidence from the Kosovo Pension Trust for the last 6 months.
The second step is to select the license with which you want to apply for relicensing, if the license you want to apply for relicensing is not in the list, then you can add it by clicking the “Add license” button and enter the data of the license correctly (Caution, the data must be described as in the license!).
Then it is necessary to upload documents such as License Copy, Copies of certificates of EVP activities after the date of license issuance (All scanned certificates in one file), as well as Birth Extract, not older than 6 months.
After accepting the Affidavit apply for Re-licensing, and after successful application you will receive the application and invoice by email which you can pay at one of the nearest Capital Ria or Western Union branches.
If you make the payment in other banking institutions, the payment slip must be sent to the OIK offices for verification.
