The CEC certified the election observers for the OIK Assembly
CEC in the meeting held on 27.01.2023 after the verification of the applications certified the observers who applied until 26.01.2023.
Decision:
Observers have the following rights:
Observation through all observation spaces within the Electoral Unit;
To be informed about the work process and procedures within the Electoral Unit by the authorized persons;
Submit remarks about the work process within the Electoral Unit;
To have access to the copies of the election materials which are counted in the Electoral Unit (FPR, Minutes of counting the votes of the candidates, Minutes for the candidates elected as members of the OIK Assembly);
To submit a complaint to the CEC regarding the administration of the number within 24 hours of the violation occurring.
Responsibilities of observers:
Observers must perform their duties with care and professional behavior;
Observers must be recorded in the entry-exit list of the Electoral Unit;
Observers must not interfere and hinder the work process in the spaces of the Electoral Unit;
Observers inside the premises of the Electoral Unit must be equipped with identification and certification cards from the CEC;
Observers may not in any case promote specific candidates, or issues related to the electoral process;
Observers should not comment in the media regarding the electoral process within the premises of the Electoral Unit.
